Abstract:

The article deals with the research of childhood, that has its own dynamics, growing out of certain social and cultural contexts, forming more and more scientific-research directions. An interdisciplinary approach to childhood research is about an integrated methodology for examining the problems associated with the life of children and their protection, which shapes contemporary treatment of the child in context. This vision of childhood makes it possible to consider it as one of the priorities of public policy in many countries of the world. Studies of childhood problems in the modern social sciences are regarded often as a direction that largely lies in the traditional theorizing and recognition of a large number of ways of socially constructing and reconstructing childhood, depending on time and place, age and gender, ethnic and religious differences
