Abstract:

Home education, according to art. 16 sec. 8 to 14 of the Act of 7 1991, on the education system is one possible way to fulfil the compulsory education requirement in Poland. The Education in the Family Association estimates that at the end of 2021, over 20,000 Polish children will be home-schooling. The article provides a brief review of Polish research and presents this model of alternative education from the perspective of thefamily education, according to art. 16 sec. 8 to 14 of the Act of 7 1991, onthe education system is one possible way to fulfil the compulsory education requirementin Poland.
