Rapid technological development and legislation covering more and more areas of social life make changes to the specificity of copyright protection in Poland. In this paper, its definition and distinguishing features will be provided to qualify a given behavior as copyright trolling. The author of the article also discusses the internal typology of this concept related to its subjective and objective scope and the relationship between copyright and trolling with the institution of abuse of subjective right regulated in art. 5 of the Civil Code.
