Abstract:

Rapid technological development and legislation covering more and more areas of social life make changes to the specificity of copyright protection in Poland. The author of the article also discusses the internal typology of this concept related to its subjective and objective scope and the relationship between copyright and trolling with the institution of abuse of subjective right regulated in art. 5 of the Civil Code. The summary presents the most important effects of the described phenomenon and de lege ferenda postulates regarding the shape of copyright protection in Polish legislation.
