Abstract:
The article analyzes the position of the entrepreneur in the current, since 1 January 2019, universal, private and voluntary system for saving economically active people, operating under the name of employee capital plans (PPK). The subject of considerations became the role, rights and obligations of the entrepreneur as an entity employing the system.
W ramach artykułu przeprowadzona została analiza pozycji przedsiębiorcy w obowiązującym od dnia 1 stycznia 2019 r. powszechnym, prywatnym i dobrowolnym systemie oszczędzania osób aktywnych zawodowo, funkcjonującym pod nazwą Pracowniczych planów kapitałowych (PPK). Przedmiotem rozważań stała się rola, prawa i obowiązki przedsiębiorcy jako podmiotu zatrudniającego w funkcjonowaniu systemu.
