Abstract:

The collapse of the PRL resulted in the reconstruction of the existing legal order from a communist system into a democratic one. A number of transformations of former East Block countries have evolved but there are areas and fields that should be definitely changed. While examining the judgments of the ECtHR from 2012 to 2016, one should have the impression that, apart from the former Eastern Block countries, most of the sentences are against the Russian Federation and Turkey. It should be emphasized that public life is a direct concept of dignity, which is a fundamental element of every human being, and that public authority should do everything to be respected, so public authority should allow the citizen the opportunity of peaceful assembly and to guarantee that the rights are not violated.
