  The aim of the article is to present selected assumptions of the Peter Hess method and the possibilities of its use in prophylaxis and family therapy.Materials and methods. The work uses a description of individual cases of people benefiting from family therapy at the “Arka” Social Welfare Centre in Zielona Góra.;
