Abstract:

Source documents from the interwar period present many narrations told even by children themselves about living conditions they were to live in. They will allow to present in brief living conditions of proletarian families beginning from financial and housing issues to sanitary-hygienic, health and educational problems. The greatest attention will be paid to the last three aspects. It seems also necessary to present various forms of care and help organized both by social and state institutions, addressed to the mentioned social group with the aim to improve the quality of life of the youngests.
