Abstract:

The freedom of use the structure concerns the process of maintenance of building structures. The owner and the manager of a building structure may freely use it or alter of the manner of its use. This freedom has a relative nature. The Construction Law determines three types of interference with this freedom. Firstly, the owner and the manager should keep documentation and control the building structure. Secondly, they have to remove the damage and faults. Finally, the authority of the construction supervision may forbid the use of the building structure.
