• Abstract:
  
  
  The article is showing chosen issues being of great importance to deformations of the handwriting under the influence of unfolding illness: Alzheimer and Parkinson which influence the nervous system of the man. The handwriting is one of manners of the identification for the contractor of the text. The illnesses connected with the different etiology can cause similar changes in the structure of the letters. The hand forms a link between the body and the surrounding world. Its dexterity is influenced by a lot of factors including: age, gender, genetic features, job, any injuries and illnesses. It has been observed that there is a direct link between dexterity and the person’s system diseases in case of elderly patients. The illnesses influence dexterity to the greatest extent. Hand motility gradually decreases with age, however, it mainly concerns patients older than 75.;
  
  
  
  Artykuł przedstawia wybrane zagadnienia mające znaczenie w odniesieniu do deformacji pisma pod wpływem rozwijających się chorób Alzheimera i Parkinsona, które wpływają na układ nerwowy człowieka. Pismo ręczne jest jednym ze sposobów identyfikacji wykonawcy tekstu. Choroby o różnej etiologii mogą wywoływać podobne zmiany w strukturze pisma. Ręka stanowi łącznik między ciałem a otaczającym nas światem materialnym. Jej sprawność kształtowana jest przez wiele czynników, takich jak: wiek, płeć, predyspozycje genetyczne, wykonywana praca zawodowa, doznane urazy i choroby towarzyszące. U osób w wieku geriatrycznym na funkcjonalność ręki bezpośredni wpływ mają towarzyszące choroby układowe. Schorzenia mają decydujący wpływ na ograniczenie sprawności manualnej ręki. Z wiekiem ruchliwość dłoni stopniowo się zmniejsza, dotyczy to jednak głównie pacjentów powyżej 75. roku życia.
