  Conflict is an indispensable social element and the basis of a subjective relationship. The methods of resolving disputes determine the success or failure of the social group in terms of its subjective co-existence (democratic co-vivendi). School is a place of constant clashing of different points of view. The problem of unresolved or ignored disputes in education leads to the destruction of relationships, distrust and cooperation as a basis for the educational success of students. A school understood as a community and a common space should shape civic attitudes. Thanks to the appropriate conflict culture in line with the assumptions of non - consensual democracy, it is possible to preserve the democratic features of school reality.;
  
  
  
  Konflikt jest nieodzownym elementem społecznym i podstawą relacji o podmiotowym charakterze. O sukcesie lub porażce grupy społecznej w zakresie jej podmiotowego współżycia (demokratycznego co-vivendi) decydują sposoby rozwiązywania sporów. Szkoła jest miejscem ciągłego ścierania się różnych punktów widzenia. Problem nierozwiązanych lub ignorowanych sporów w szkolnictwie prowadzi do destrukcji relacji, braku zaufania i współpracy jako podstawy sukcesu edukacyjnego uczniów. Szkoła rozumiana jako społeczność i przestrzeń wspólności powinna kształtować postawy obywatelskie. Dzięki odpowiedniej kulturze konfliktu, zgodnej z założeniami demokracji niekonsensualnej, możliwe jest zachowanie demokratycznych cech rzeczywistości szkolnej.
