Abstract:

The article discusses the problem of the influence of the civil law on the administration of real estate. It results primarily from the interpretation of the concept of real estate management, which includes a number of legal and factual actions concerning the management, disposal and management of real estate and the performance by a public administration body of the property owner regulated by the Act. Among issues widely discussed under the Act on Real Estate Management, the author focuses particularly on the compensation for the expropriated property regulation.
