Abstract:

The privatization of public property caused a significant reduction in the so-called the public sector in the economy. Commercialization has caused major changes in the organizational form, the remaining few public entities. A division was introduced into state legal entities that are not companies. This was the reason for the diversification of supervision over state legal entities with the status of entrepreneurs. It depends on the status of a state legal entity.
