This monograph constituting a collection of 42 articles to the Jubilee Book is an attempt to establish the dynamics and consequences of the process of penetrating new legal and social phenomena into public administrations. It is formulated in the research field of administrative law, administration, and administrative policy as key areas of the classical trinity of administrative sciences. The authors of the individual studies interpret the title civilization of the public administration, or as a classic already a research issue affecting the activities of administration of administrative law institutions, or as exerting by the administration The impact on public and individual life and the same education of a specific "administrative civilization" and, finally, as a mainstream administrative culture, namely the more humane (civilized) treatment administered by administrative.
