Abstract:

The article presents the main goals, planned actions and the forecasts for the costs of running the Comprehensive Procreation Health Protection Program in Poland, planned for 2016-2020. Due to the currency of the topic and its novelty for the doctrine of medical law, there are almost any published written sources in which the authors would endeavor to give a comprehensive assessment of the program’s origins. This article is therefore an attempt to fill this gap. The author conducts the analysis mainly on the basis of the provisions of the Program itself and also refers to the related commentary on it. Its additional purpose is to disseminate knowledge about current developments in health policy.
