Abstract:

This article is a brief look at the risk distribution between the partners in the contracts of public-private partnership in Poland and its unification according to the European Union law regulations. According to that I have tried to show that the first 20 years of Polish transformation was more or less wasted time for PPP sector as well as that finally EURO2012 forced in some way to prepare a proper legislation, which is now useful for public-private partnership. It also shows the relations between the private and public partners according to the different aspects of the risk, its size and weight.
