Abstract:

Personal rights of every natural person and legal person constitute a very large group of permissions, of which the open catalogue was placed by the legislator in Article 23 of the Civil Code. Along with the development of technology, the protection of personal rights has been extended to the digital plane. This article discusses the process of implementing the abovementioned regulations into Polish law, focusing primarily on the development of the civil liability of the hosting provider from the title.
