Abstract:

This article aims to indicate the need to amend the copyright law in terms of the admissibility of concluding copyright contracts in the fields of exploitation unknown at the time of concluding the contract. At the beginning, an attempt will be made to define new fields of exploitation. Then, ways of adjusting copyright agreements will be indicated in connection with the emergence of new fields of exploitation. A list of international regulations regarding the conclusion of copyright contracts in the fields of exploitation unknown at the time of concluding the contract will be presented later. Both systems enabling the extension of the scope of the contract to the fields of exploitation unknown at the time of its conclusion, as well as those that prohibit it, will be presented.
