Abstract:

The aim of the present study is to show issues regarding digital content in mobile devices. The author points out to modern trends of dynamic development of digital content and its presence in business trade. She also discusses chosen aspects connected with signing contracts on providing digital content, especially the right to rescind such a contract. She also mentions the problem of choosing applicable law and jurisdiction. Moreover, the article presents European project of a directive which will probably regulate issues of digital content in a complex manner.
