Abstract:

The aim of the present study is the analysis of changes to the civil procedures code in regard to electronic proceedings by writ of payment and electronic deliveries and evaluation of consequences of the amendment. Electronic proceeding by writ of payment exist for many years now, however, certain modifications are necessary in order to streamline the proceedings. Elec-tronic deliveries, which were efficient within whole civil procedure, require implementation of proper and detailed regulations, therefore, the planned amendment exceeds all expectations. The article presents detailed evaluation of consequences of new regulations and proposes changes, which would allow to keep aims of the amendment and at the same time avoid doubts and discrepancies that may appear in regard to planned norms.
