Abstract:

This paper describes the stages of formation and development of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lviv. Special attention is paid to the analysis of scientific civil law school, research activities of the most prominent jurists at the Faculty of Law in the Department of Civil Law and Procedure are presented.
