Abstract:

The functioning of state police supervision authorities in the economy should be considered necessary, and the privatization of performing police supervision tasks would be undesirable. This is justified by numerous premises. Public authorities consider in their activities primarily the implementation of the public interest, expressed in the protection of police states and goods, while private entrepreneurs act to make a profit, so the implementation of public interest (including the protection of police goods) would become a secondary value for them. In addition, the exercise of police supervision by public authorities is associated with the possibility of using coercion, which is an important factor affecting the effective implementation of police supervision.
