Abstract:

This article addresses the issue of the admissibility of an administrative court procedure against decisions issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The authors not only analyze the admissibility of the complaint to the administrative court against the decisions issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, but also the background issues, including the decisions of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in general, the application of the institution of the request for reconsideration of the case and the nature of these remedies, together with an indication their separateness from the institution of appeal. The authors formulate conclusionsregarding the current legal status in this area.
