Abstract:

In aging societies, the demand for patients to use healthcare will increase. The limited resources in health insurance systems and the rising costs of new medicines and medical technologies will be accelerating the integration of pharmacies into health care systems. It will be necessary to introduce reimbursed pharmaceutical care in pharmacies and to prepare pharmacists for communication with patients on the basis of counseling. It will also be important to introduce to pharmacies techniques related to increasing the sale of medicines and products related to health, appearance and care. It will be appropriate to build appropriate relationships between pharmacies and medical facilities as well as between pharmacists and pharmaceutical physicians and technicians
