Abstract:

Accomplishment of public tasks assigned to the local government units is based, to a great extent, on the cooperation with the non-governmental organizations. They constitute the crucial element of civil society and enable to realize the needs of particular group. The effects of such cooperation depends mainly on the financial capabilities of local government entities and the ways of transferring the financial means to the non-governmental organizations. The article is an attempt of demonstrating the most popular forms of financial cooperation including especially the donations and the non-competitive procedure
