Abstract:

Freedom of assembly is guaranteed by Article 57 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and by many others international regulations and it is one of the fundamental freedoms of the individual in a state. The main aim of the freedom of assembly is to ensure freedom to express opinions and convictions which is an important value in every democratic state. This article I devoted to the analysis of the latest legal developments which was adopted pursuant to Act of 13 December 2016. The aim of the article is to present the most important law changes and to critic them especially in context of restrictions on the freedom of assembly.
