The original research was based on employers' pro-health behaviors. The object of the research were different job advertisements posted on OLX.pl website in four the biggest cities in Poland: Warsaw, Łódź, Cracow, and Wrocław. The original research was conducted from 24 April to 5 May current year and was based on almost 15 thousand job advertisements. To clearly present the results, statistical techniques were used. Pro-health orientation is mostly followed by employers from Wroclaw, which only stands for 15 % of all employers from Wroclaw. When it comes to employers from Cracow, they are the last that follow pro-health orientation. The most often benefit offered by employers are the sports one. Definitely the advertisements concerning employment contract contain information about benefits connected with a healthy lifestyle.
