TY - GEN A1 - Rejman, Konrad PB - Instytut Pedagogiki Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego N2 - Utopians are able to devote much and much to agree to realize their visions, leading to the emergence of a new order. In order to replace the existing order with new quality, utopian supporters come for various arguments; not exclude violence and this can take on an extreme form, one of which can be a war. The destructiveness of war can be treated as a prelude to building a new order but also as a utopia in itself. In this article, I am pondering the causes of the irremovability of war from the structures of reality and our submission to it. The cause of this state of affairs I see in education, which teaches us a submissive attitude towards war and good, treating them as a source of wars. I also try to investigate the relationship between the categories of war, utopia and education. We are in war because it is the promise of a better world – a story told us by education. We are in war because it is a promise of greater good.
