The topics include the types of contracts exchanged between the parties, description of basic issues and de lege ferenda postulates. The analysis was based on the doctrinal and judicial points of view, as well as the conducted research. The aim of the article is to present the current legal status and to show what kind of contract should be made between an entity appearing in social media and an entrepreneur. In addition, the author identifies opportunities and solutions that would improve arrangements with influencers in the future.
