Rogers created style of communication useful in numerous social domains, beginning with psychotherapy, through education and upbringing, ending on negotiations aiming at the reduction of international and interracial conflicts. Rogers indicated key components necessary for efficient facilitation of interpersonal encounters and reduction of tension. Some of them are warmth, empathic listening, congruency, unconditional positive regard, suspension of judgment, and avoidance of persuasion. However, could one question the universality of Rogerian approach? Is it true that this paradigm could facilitate cooperation in group regardless of the racial, ethnic and religious origins? The article indicates selected intercultural communicational differences, which seems to question universal aspirations of non-directive, person-centered approach.}, title={Paradygmat Carla Ransoma Rogersa w międzykulturowej perspektywie}, type={text}, keywords={congruency, nondirectiveness, facilitation, crossculture, empathy}, }
