 abstract={The subject of the research is the notion and the features of a preference stock in the model legislation for the states – participants of the CIS. The aim of the research is the exposure of the current trends inlegal regulation of preference stock issue and handling as exemplified by the model legislation for the states – participants of the CIS. The methodological basis of the research includes the comparative jurisprudence approach. In the course of investigation the author has come to the conclusion that the model legislation governing the issue and handling of stock reflects a number of current trends of the development of civil law. i.e.: the differentiation of types of stock, the approximation of the legal status of a share and a bond, the approximation and mutual loanword in the legislation of the countries of the common and continental law.},
 abstract={Предметом исследования выступают понятие и признаки привилегированной акции в модельном законодательстве для государств-участников СНГ. Целью работы является выявление современных тенденций правового регулирования выпуска и обращения привилегированных акций на примере модельного законодательства для государств-участников СНГ. Методологическую основу исследования составляет метод сравнительного правоведения. В ходе исследования автор пришел к выводу, что модельное акционерное законодательство отражает ряд современных тенденций развития гражданского права: увеличения видов акций, сближение правового статуса акции и облигации, сближение и взаимозаимствования законодательства стран англо-американской и романо-германской систем гражданского права.},
