 abstract={The study concerned Polish seniors involved in going on tours abroad. The results showed that the most common causes of lifestyle changes were retirement, the death of a spouse, chronic illness, or a new life partner. New ways of life were associated with an attempt to adapt to the postmodern world, protection against discrimination, and ageism.},
