 abstract={This study discusses selected aspects of an online limited liability company in organization as a legal institution. The online LLC should be understood as a LLC agreement concluded using the template articles of association made available through the ICT system. Based on the general characteristics of the company as well as the mechanism of its creation and operation, there has been an indication that the institution may pose potential threats to the economic turnover. Among them, the following were distinguished: the defective method of appointing the members of the bodies of the company; the lack of a common database for the S24 platform and the National Court Register; the possibility of removing the company from the S24 platform; evidence difficulties related to the activities of the company. The collected arguments allowed me to conclude that the stage of organization in an online LLC should be excluded due to the risk to the economic turnover being too high.},
