As a general rule, it should be understood as the inability to participate in important aspects of collective, social, economic, political, cultural and normal activities characteristic of a society. Children are a special group in society, with special needs and at the same time the one most at risk of poverty. Observation of social life shows that an increasing number of children are subject to the phenomenon of social exclusion. It is accepted in family law science and jurisprudence that a child who cannot fully satisfy his or her justified needs falls into deprivation. In this context, the role of the court in determining the amount of maintenance that will allow the child to meet his or her justified needs appears to be an element of protection against social exclusion to which poverty of the entitled person may lead.}, type={text}, doi={10.34616/146425}, keywords={alimony, legitimate needs of the child, social exclusion}, }
