 abstract={In this paper I introduce the concepts of utopia of death. I am inspired by Bartleby’s figure. By examining Bartleby connections with death I ask the question about its emancipatory character. I advertise the utopia of death as a utopia whose horizon is timelessness and indefiniteness. It thus responds to times of climate crisis by establishing a non-vampiric relationship with the world.},
