 abstract={Nowadays, e-sport is gaining importance. It is an important sector of the modern economy in which thousands of people find employment. In the current legal system, there is no contract dedicated to the needs of modern e-sport in terms of employment. E-sportsmen can use: an employment contract, a civil law contract, and a contract concluded as part of their own business. The goals of this article are: to examine the nature of employment in sport and in particular, to try to find the ancestor of an e-athlete based on labor law.},
