 abstract={The COV-WORK project will examine the impact of economic, social and public-health crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences in the area of work and employment from worker-centered, crosssectoral and longitudinal perspectives. In the context of theoretical debates on the impact of socio-economic crises on socio-economic consciousness, job quality, collective labour relations and workers’ coping strategies, the project explores the social consequences of the pandemic for: (1) socio-economic consciousness of Poles, including their attitudes towards capitalism, state intervention, public services, social support and collective action in labour relations; (2) work-related experiences of Poles and their coping strategies in the sectors particularly affected by pandemics (education, health care and social care, logistics); (3) the emergent conflicts in collective labour relations and mechanisms of their alleviation and the ways of framing them by social partners and in the public discourse in both traditional media and Internet-based outlets.},
