 abstract={The subject of the analysis is the centralized system of managing, supervising, and reforming school education prevailing in contemporary Poland. The author points out the issue of simulating the processes of decentralization and democratization of the education of children and adolescents in public education by the governments of the years 1993-2020. This disenables teachers to forsake behavioral, doctrinal, closed education, in favor of open, constructivist didactics which changes the restrictive class-lesson system.},
