 abstract={Currently, there is a discussion in Poland about loans in Swiss francs, among others due to the still postponed hearing in case III CZP 11/21 pending before the Supreme Court. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to draw attention to clou of the Swiss franc problem, i.e. the contractual provisions that were used in the contract templates. Abusiveness of these provisions will be discussed in detail with reference to jurisprudence and literature.},
