@misc{_2020, howpublished={online}, year={2020}, language={pol}, abstract={The subject of this dissertation were the cultural aspects of communication between Poles and Spaniards based on the experience of the Spaniards who emigrated to Poland. The Spaniards were in the center of research interest as a new group of foreigners living in Poland. The main research goal was to identify cultural factors that determine the Polish-Spanish contacts, and then trace their impact on the adaptation of this group of immigrants to life in the Polish society. Secondary objectives concerned, firstly, determining the impact of Spanish stereotypes about Poles on deciding on the destination of emigration and the reception of a new cultural environment, as well as analyzing the process of updating them during their stay in Poland. It was also considered important to analyze whether there was a relationship between Spaniards' adaptation to life in Poland and Polish beliefs about Spain. Secondly, the general description of Spaniards as a new immigrant group in Poland was chosen as the goal, including outlining its sociodemographic profile, identifying migration motives and describing how the Spaniards functionin the labor market.}, type={text}, }
