 abstract={The problem of the natural law dominates in contemporary disputes about the essence of the proper model of law functioning in public space. Historically, the original form of imperativism, jusnaturalism went through various stages of development, creating various and sometimes contradicting trends with each other. Popular concepts of Christian and secular natural law were broken by Edmund Burke – an Irish member of the British Whigs. He developed the doctrine of evolutionary conservatism and the natural rights were an aspect which was fundamental for it. The aim of the article is to analyze the views of the parliamentarian who is not the first association in the study of jusnaturalism, but introduces an interesting understanding of it, also observable in modern countries.},
