Meanwhile, from the point of view of the protection of the rights and interests of the employee, the right of the "creator's employee" to freely, without obstacles on the part of the employer, practice artistic, scientific, rationalization and inventive creativity in the employment relationship is extremely important. The basic goal of employees-creators is to achieve the best possible results, and this can be achieved primarily thanks to a significant scope of creative freedom and the freedom to choose the means used for this purpose, and flexible forms of working time. Protection of the personal rights of employed authors will become more and more important, which results from the growing importance of creative workers in building an innovative economy based on conducting scientific research and searching for new solutions. Therefore, de lege ferenda, the right of an employee-creator to practice creativity under an employment relationship should be included in the labor code.}, title={Prawo pracownika do uprawiania w stosunku pracy twórczości (artystycznej, naukowej, racjonalizatorskiej i wynalazczej)}, type={text}, keywords={employment relationship, employee, personal rights, employee creativity}, }
