Most of them result from the need to adjust the electronic writ of payment proceedings to the revised rules of the general part of Civil Proceedings Code, particularly in regard to the filing of pleadings through the court IT system, electronic court deliveries and the unification of judicial clerk competencies. A significant new feature in the electronic writ of payment proceedings is the possibility of filing the claim along with an application for discontinuance of proceedings in certain cases if the plaintiff is interested only in obtaining a writ of payment, and continuance of proceedings under general provisions would be economically ineffective.}, title={Elektroniczne postępowanie upominawcze po zmianach}, type={text}, keywords={civil proceedings, electronic writ of payment proceedings, court referendary}, }
