 abstract={The aim of the article is to look at what Ryszard Sarkowicz describes as the ideological level of interpretation of a legal text. In particular, I focus on the issue of two ways of reproducing this level. The first one, carried out in the spirit of hermeneutics of trust, assumes that this level is consistent. The other, in the spirit of hermeneutics of suspicion, looks for inconsistencies and contradictions at the ideological level. I analyze these issues on the background of the evolution of Sarkowicz’s concept and the meta-theoretical implications of his theory.},
