 abstract={The article is devoted to the problem of historical policy, which becomes increasingly the tool of holding power, just as economic and foreign policy. Referencing to Zygmunt Bauman’s “Retrotopia”, author points, that the phenomenon of pph creates vision of the past world, which never existed in reality. The real aim of building such a project is forming a society complied with idea of better, in authorities’s judgement, world. Using such instrumentality as media, education system, collective memory, as a matter of fact historical policy becomes a contemporary form of utopian thinking.},
