abstract={Strengthening efforts to developing the most talented children and young people is one of the essential elements of educational policy. Undertaken discussions concerning the creation of a system/model that optimally contribute to promoting giftedness include, among others so often overlooked and neglected area of activity, which is to motivate students to learn. As we know, call the student a positive attitude towards learning and a desire to acquire knowledge, constitutes about his real successes that are effects work, effort, research. However, not always in the teacher’s proceedings we see constant care about good motivation to learn. Presented in this paper the results of quantitative and qualitative studies remind us that the motivating actions taken by teachers are still the weak link in the educational process. Changes taking place in education through a continuous process of reform has not brought the expected results in this area. Therefore, it becomes necessary changein the approach to the teaching learning process in which the teacher should create favorable conditions for the extraction and strengthening what the student is the best, and the student should take responsibility for the learning process. This challenge is still pertinent today and it has become the subject of heated debate about education.},
