The authors of the article see this turn in the form of a range of activities aimed at broadening the spectrum of teaching methods and techniques combining theory and practice, professional and academic scope. Enriching the learning process of these aspects, which on the one hand make it more attractive, on the other hand bring innovative solutions, makes the university ceases to be treated as an institution of the cumbersome structure. Thus, the university seems to be more and more open to change and the broader innovation. Becomes a place of exploration of creative solutions, including in the area of knowledge transfer methods. These include Gamification, which is becoming bolder used in the field of adult education. The following article is an attempt to systematize information and reflection on the use of gamification in academic education.
