 abstract={In this article, the subject of research I have done the school environment and especially the conditions of forms of learning for Polish girls and womens of mediacal care in the Upper Silesia in the interwar years that stimulated their professional success during the Second World War and the beginning of communism. I believe that on the basis of source materials and the relationship of women working in the medical service I was able to determine, first of all, in the process of school education correlates and their network of relationships that stimulate personal and professional development of nursing students. Meant that in the course of working people became the creative professional, moral and socially sensitive to the suffering of the sick and wounded.},
