This condition made it difficult to integrate the country and it caused a great deal of problems in the socio-economic area. This was also reflected in the field of religious law. The most important task of the reborn Polish state was, among other things, to define the legal status of churches and religious associations. This article presents work related to the regulation of the legal status of the Karaim Religious Association. The Karaites in The Second Polish Republic represented a small religious minority.
