 abstract={This article discusses the use of smart tools to achieve social inclusivity. The importance of creating an accessible environment for people with limited mobility is emphasized, and the options of using technology to improve the quality of life are explored. The authors analyze various smart tools that can be used to enhance social inclusivity. Additionally, technologies that improve the accessibility of physical objects, such as buildings and transportation, are examined. The role of government and NGOs in supporting initiatives aimed at achieving social inclusivity is also discussed. The study concludes that the use of smart tools is an important step towards achieving social inclusivity. These technologies can help improve accessibility to the environment and information for people with disabilities and other marginalized groups. Universal design principles should be considered in the development of online tools and physical public spaces, while governments and NGOs should support initiatives aimed at achieving social inclusivity.},
