They therefore have common features, such as the division into stages of proceedings of the same nature. However, in terms of criminal sanctions, they differ significantly, and this results from the purpose that both legal orders are to serve. Canon law sets itself the goal of salus animarum, which is why the penalties it imposes are burdensome in the sphere of spiritual life, while the criminal sanctions of Polish law cause a nuisance for temporal life, because it is in this sphere that state law is supposed to introduce order. This means that only integrated cooperation can make it sufficient for the social sense of justice.}, title={Środki reakcji karnej w polskim oraz kanonicznym porządku prawnym w przypadku przestępstwa wykorzystania seksualnego małoletniego}, type={text}, doi={https://doi.org/10.34616/150679}, keywords={canon law, criminal procedure, punishment, sexual abuse of children}, }
